Security at Pawggo
We treat the information you share about your pet and your trip as sensitive. Here is a plain-language summary of how we protect it.
Data in transit and at rest
All traffic between your browser and Pawggo is encrypted with HTTPS. Data is stored in managed infrastructure with encryption at rest.
Access control
Account sign-in is handled through a dedicated identity provider. Internal access to customer data follows least-privilege principles, and operator actions on your trip are logged.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email security@pawggo.com. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated as we investigate.
